Indulge in a mixture of rustic, alpine tradition, and Italian/ Mediterranean recipes: This is part of what makes the South Tyrolean cuisine so unique.

Our kitchen is also run by family members. The chef, aunt Margareth, uses fresh, high-quality produce. Because they are so fresh, sometimes it is not possible to know the evening before what will be on the menu the next day.  Classical but also creative food is prepared.

Our gastronomic specialities are: Roggenschlutzer filled with stinging nettle. Dumpling in different variations (e.g. beetroot, black bread, spinach or cheese). Plentener dumplings on stewed cabbage. Bozner Herrengeröstel. Tagliata from the cattle with grilled vegetables al Pesto. Fresh goat cheese wrapped in bacon, roasted on a multicoloured salad. Graukäsesuppe with roasted black bread croutons. Semolina noodles on raspberry juice based on a traditional recipe. Plentener Apfelriebler on cranberry sauce.

The restaurant opens for you from 12:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 21:00. A culinary delight!
